This time my task is about making a letter of protest or complaining.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Official complaint
I am writing on behalf of Sky Island School, and I enclose their written agreement to act on their behalf.
I hear from my child and school side that Department of Education is closed Sky Island School at the end of the year because of falling number. This happened when the new academic year has begun. I and all parents of the school feel that it is injustice for the school. So, we hope you cancel this decision.
I would also point out that Sky Land School is the only one school near my house. If it has been closed, we would have ridden 12 more km to the other nearest school. In addition I will inform on my area there are many children under 6 years that ready to school. Perhaps, next year they will full fill the falling number in Sky Land School.
In conclusion I and other parents very hope you will not close Sky Island School.
I look forward to hearing from you within the time limits set out in the local authority complaints procedure.
